About Run Like Hell


When four friends end up stranded in the small town of Spaulding, one local family offers help. The family's real motives become terrifyingly obvious, as the couples find themselves fighting for their lives.

    Every year, sisters Samantha and Maggie fly home to spend Fourth of July with their parents. But this year Samantha's new husband Dan has mapped out the perfect road trip. With Maggie's husband's Jeep packed to the brim, they head out. But the fun is cut short when their car gets stolen, leaving them stranded in the middle of the desert. With no car, and no cell service, they are forced to seek the help of some small town locals. As the stranded travellers wait for the Sheriff to locate their car, it becomes painfully obvious that the locals have other plans for them. When there’s nowhere to hide, all they can do is Run Like Hell.

  • Dave Finn - "Dan"
    Dave Finn began his career doing regional theater throughout the Midwest before moving to Los Angeles in 2007. He currently studies acting with veteran film and television actor John Walcutt and has a BA in theater from Saint Louis University. He is excited to have been part of Run Like Hell and looks forward to working with Two Guys and a Film again. Dave is repped by Lisa Berman at The Berman/Sacks Agency.
  • Robyn Buck - "Maggie"
    Bright-eyed Australian-American actor, Robyn Buck, recently made her debut in her first starring role in a feature film as the delicate by nature, tough by circumstance Ruth Prost; in the Two Guys and a Film indie drama Hard Sun. Buck plays the estranged young-wife, Rachel, in Albert Kodagolian's (Bueno Films) upcoming feature Somewhere Beautiful. She recently took to the stage as Arianna in Fugitive Kind’s "Ovation recommended" production of The Pliant Girls.
  • Aaron Rice - "Gary"
    Aaron Rice is a lifelong performer, writer and improviser whose comedy roots led him to Los Angeles in 2010. He has been seen in campaigns for Honda, Old Spice and Nissan, appeared in the Damon Wayon's Junior and Tyler Labine comedy feature "Someone Marry Barry" and can be seen this fall on ABC Family's "Freak Out." Aaron is incredibly proud to be part of "Run Like Hell" and the Two Guys and a Film family.
  • J Michael Briggs - "Harold"
    J Michael Briggs (Hard Sun, La Sierva, Homicide Hunter) is a veteran actor with many TV and Feature Film creds. HIs passion for acting comes from his desire to learn about every aspect of humanity. It's this passion that makes him a brilliant character actor with chameleon like qualities.
  • Ben Begley - "Mike"
    Ben Begley is an actor/writer/comedian who has appeared in over 20 commercials. His TV appearances include: The Crazy Ones, Matador, NCIS: LA, Happy Endings, and Raising Hope. And roles in several features; ranging from a doctor who really loves bagels, a romantic lead, and Ed Helms' doppleganger in the new spoof film, The Hungover Games. He also hosted a weekly show, ABC Dot Comedy, on ABC.com, where he interviewed and filmed sketches with people way more famous than him.
  • Tami Carey - "Samantha"
    Tami is a Canadian-American actor who began her career and training in Chicago. After several years with a theater focus, including lead roles in David Mamet's Sexual Perversity In Chicago and Neil LaBute's The Shape of Things, she began transitioning into film and made the move to Los Angeles to continue developing her career. Tami has teamed up with Canyon Prince, on multiple projects, including “The Romantic Foibles of Esteban“, “First Edition“, and most recently on feature film "Hard Sun".
  • Jessica Cameron - "Jennafer"
    Jessica Cameron was born in Canada and never intended to be an actor. It was only after completing her fashion design degree that she was hired at a major company and forced to take acting classes at the request of her boss who thought she spoke to fast. She has since completed more then 70 projects and is booking work constantly in genre film as an actress, producer and most recently director.
  • Shondale Seymour - "Nancy"
    the oldest of four daughters Shondale grew up in Texas and moved to California after college. A corporate executive most of her adult life, she started acting while helping her daughter audition for community theater. She loves riding roller coasters, listening to music, traveling and eating pizza.
  • Kurtis Bedford - "Donnie"
    Kurtis Bedford is a Los Angeles native and all around swell guy. He can be seen in multiple commercials for products such as Samsung, Creditreport.com, At&T as well as numerous films and TV shows. He will also be seen in the recurring role of "Dennis Beardman" in season 2 of the HBO show "Getting On."

Filmmakers

  • James Thomas - Director
    James Thomas made his feature film directorial debut with the Action/Horror film “Run Like Hell”. Prior to directing “Run Like Hell”, James served as producer on the indie drama “Hard Sun”. In 2012, he and fellow filmmaker Canyon Prince (director of “Hard Sun”), started the production company Two Guys and a Film, which produced both films. He enjoys beer and crossfit.
  • Canyon Prince - Producer/"Luke"
    Canyon is Co-Owner of production shingle Two Guys and a Film, established in 2012. His original episodic shows include “First Edition“ (2010 Feel Good Film Festival / 2010 Anaheim International Film Festival Official Selections), and “The Romantic Foibles of Esteban“ (2009 Feel Good Film Festival Official Selection). In 2011 Canyon co-created the hit interactive horror project “Killcam: Live” which garnered 3 Million live views during it’s seven week live 72hr-episodic rollout.
